Gynecomastia may be present in the person due to genetic factors from birth to adulthood and may occur due to various hormonal factors in adolescent period or due to different hormonal changes in the body during old age. Gynecomastia problem is seen in 75% of adolescents around the world. However, the majority of this situation disappears spontaneously after adolescence.
